XOX e-Invoice

The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) is introducing e-Invoice to enhance the efficiency of tax administration. XOX is participating in Phase 1 of this implementation, which commenced on 1 August 2024. However, IRBM has granted a concession to implement and share validated individual e-Invoices with our customers, effective by 1 February 2025. As such, we are currently in the process of updating our subscriber database to ensure that your purchases are covered with a validated e-invoice when required.. Terms and Conditions for e-Invoice Requests

This page is for e-Invoice purposes only and applies exclusively to XOX Telco products and services.
For e-Invoice purpose, XOX will only issue validated e-invoices to registered account holders.
For Postpaid Subscribers:
1. Please choose your e-Invoice preference by mobile number. You will receive a validated e-Invoice after 3 - 5 days from your Bill Statement.
For Prepaid Subscribers:
1. Please choose your e-Invoice preference by mobile number and submit the request not later than the 2^nd day from the purchase date. You will receive a validated e-Invoice 3 - 5 days after your purchase date from the following Online Platforms :
2. For purchases from XOX Outlets, please request your e-Invoice at the respective outlets:
  - Sunway Pyramid, Selangor
  - Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur
  - Bay Avenue, Queensbay, Pulau Pinang
  - ICT Digital Mall @Komtar, Pulau Pinang
  - Jalan Sekama, Kuching, Sarawak
3. For purchases from XOX dealers, please request your e-Invoice from the respective dealers.
For Non-Subscribers (before activation), please submit your e-Invoice request under Non-Subscriber. Kindly submit your request on the 2^nd day from the purchase date.
Please review the information before finalizing your request, as no changes can be made after the request submission.
